The poster — consisting of photographs of Modi and Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini in connection with the Gita Jayanti Mahotsav — is mounted on the foot overbridge near Barsat road on National Highway-44 in the district.
The viral video could also be seen on the social media page of the Indian Youth Congress.
Reacting to the video, the district president of the BJP, Dushyant Bhatt, remarked, “I have seen the video and this act is a live example of Congress’s narrow thought.” The Congress was frustrated by its continued defeat in the elections and its frustration was visible in such acts, he alleged.
Legal action would be taken after considering all legal aspects, Bhatt added.
