YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra, who is facing allegations of spying for Pakistan, appeared in person before a Hisar court on Monday after spending 95 days in jail. This was her 10th court hearing, but her first physical appearance since May 22.

She was arrested on May 15 from her home by the Hisar police. She is accused of recording and sending sensitive videos of key Indian locations to Pakistan's ISI. A case against her has been registered under multiple sections.

On August 14, the police submitted a 2,500-page chargesheet after a 90-day investigation. The document alleges that Jyoti was in regular contact with ISI officials and Pakistani agents, and that she repeatedly shared confidential content with them.

Her lawyer, Kumar Mukesh, expected to receive a copy of the chargesheet during Monday’s hearing. However, the police informed the court that certain parts, such as videos and chat records, were too sensitive to be shared with the defence. The court has scheduled a separate hearing on this issue for August 27.

Speaking to 'The Tribune', Mukesh said Jyoti was brought to court following a direct order for physical appearance. He planned to file a petition seeking access to the full chargesheet, and once reviewed, would move forward with a bail request. The next court date has been set for September 2.
