The first match will be played between Governor XI and Press XI at 9.30 am on December 7. The second match will be played between CM XI and Chief Justice XI at 1.30 pm and it will be inaugurated by acting Chief Justice HP High Court, Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan. The final will be played on December 8, which will be inaugurated by Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania.

A preliminary meeting for organising the tournament was convened by Deputy Chief Whip Kewal Singh Pathania, in which Naresh Chauhan, president HSCA, representative of Governor XI MLA Hans Raj, and HSCA General Secretary Hardyal Bhardwaj were present.

Pathania said the Chief Minister would be the chief guest for the closing ceremony and would distribute prizes to the participating teams. “Sports teach us to play fairly, win graciously and lose with dignity. The Sadbhavna Cup carries the same message,” said Pathania.
