As many as 20 roads and 127 power distribution transformers are disrupted in the state due to the precipitation a few days ago. The highest number of roads is blocked in Kangra district.

The rainfall has reduced significantly in the state over the last few days. The state has recorded light rain at isolated places since Saturday evening. There has been no significant change in the temperature. The average maximum and minimum temperatures are normal.

As per the weather department, the weather will remain largely dry until October 5, increasing the possibility of the departure of monsoon sooner than later from the state. The average date of departure for monsoon from the state is September 24.
