The accused—Vinod (31) and his wife Kanyakumari (25) from Ghalyana village, and Danny (25) from Pedcha village—were caught after police reviewed extensive CCTV footage. The stolen guns were hidden in the Baragran nullah. Authorities had initially feared that the suspects might use the firearms for criminal activity, and their arrest has brought a sense of relief to the community.
