The Junior Section Speech Day of Auckland School for Boys, Shimla, was held today. ECI Chalet Day, Shimla, principal Vinita Sood was the chief guest at the event. Auckland House School Society director Sunita John was also present at the event. The chief guest appreciated the efforts put in by both students and teachers to organise the programme.

Principal Reuben T John read out the school’s annual report. He said teachers, through their creativity and dedication, transformed academic lessons into engaging experiences. “The teachers are not just educators, but also artistes and performers, and even magicians, in classrooms,” he added.

A prize distribution function was held to honour meritorious students.
