Chamba, January 18

Deputy Commissioner Apoorv Devgan today said four road projects in Chamba district had been granted clearance under the Forest Conservation Act (FCA). He presided over a meeting here to review the progress of development projects in the district.

He said the four projects included Kiani-Bagodi-Shakti under the Forest Division, Chamba, and the Public Works Division, Tissa. He added that Dehra-Tikri link road had been granted permission under the FCA for 5.48 hectares at Hamalgala. Similarly, the Salooni-Kilod and Hathini-Binna link roads were granted approval under the Forest Division, Churah, and Public Works Division, Salooni.
