7-year-old girl dies in cylinder explosion in Baddi
A seven-year-old girl was killed, while two others were injured, when a wall of a room fell on her after a LPG cylinder exploded at Bhatoli Kalan in Baddi on Monday morning. The girl was sleeping at the time of the mishap. The two others injured were her father and uncle. They were rushed to a hospital for treatment.
A police team, led by Additional SP Baddi Ashok Verma, rushed to the spot after they were informed around 9.45 am.
Verma said the mishap took place around 5.30 am after the cylinder exploded. The impact of the explosion was such that the wall fell and the girl was killed in the incident.
A case has been registering. The victims were migrants.
