Hamirpur: Eight persons tested positive for coronavirus in Hamirpur district on Saturday. A 50-year-old man from Neri village, who had returned from Jalpaiguri; a 53-year-old woman from Bahru village, who had returned from Chandigarh; a 32-year-old man from Spahal village, who had returned from Jalandhar; a 38-year-old man from Samona, who had returned from Muzzaffarpur; a 57-year-old man from Galot village, who had returned from Ludhiana; and three women from Dhaned village, who had returned from Ghaziabad, were found infected with Covid.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
