859 new Covid cases, three deaths in Himachal

As many as 859 Covid cases were reported in the state today, taking the tally to 300,380. Besides, three persons died of the virus in Kangra, Bilaspur and Hamirpur. The number of active cases rose to 5,572 and the total deaths increased to 4,145.

The highest number of 176 cases was recorded in Mandi, 175 in Kangra, 134 in Shimla, 75 in Hamirpur, 66 in Bilaspur, 52 in Sirmaur, 47 in Una, 35 in Solan, 34 in Kullu, 33 in Chamba, 23 in Kinnaur and nine in Lahaul and Spiti.
