He reviewed in detail the programme’s various indicators and urged officials concerned to adopt a progressive and result-oriented approach. He directed the Sub-Divisional Officers (Civil) and the Block Development Officers of Pangi and Tissa to ensure effective implementation of the indicators identified for the aspirational subdivisions and hold meetings to review progress at regular intervals.
Repaswal also instructed the officials to inform about any challenges faced in achieving the set targets at the district level so that solutions could be provided on priority. He asked various departments to present the details of the targets achieved and the goals set in September.
The Deputy Commissioner virtually reviewed the work being carried out by various departments in Tissa and Pangi blocks and issued necessary directions for the improvement of performance. He also reviewed the progress of key schemes, including the Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana, as well as initiatives in education, child development and infrastructure.
Departmental officers presented their point-wise progress reports to the Deputy Commissioner. Assistant Commissioner Aparajita Chandel, SDM Priyanshu Khati, Deputy Director (Education) Bhag Singh, District Planning Officer Jivan Kumar, District Programme Officer (Health) Karn Hitaishi, District Employment Officer Arvind Singh Chauhan, Executive Engineer (PWD) Dinesh Kumar and OSD (Education) Umakant along with the officers of various subdivisions joined the meeting virtually.
