In compliance with the orders of the state High Court, services of five super specialities — neurology, endocrinology, nephrology, urology, plastic surgery and gastroenterology — will be available at Atal Institute of Medical Super Specialties, Chamiana, from December 23.

The decision came after the High Court on Wednesday lifted the stay on the operations of the five OPDs, and had also instructed solutions for transportation issues.

In the meantime, the services were operational at Indira Gandhi Medical College (IGMC). However, after the court’s decision, it has been decided that these services will no longer be available at IGMC and will only be available at AIMSS.
