Akal Academy, Baru Sahib, to host tennis meet for girls

The event, which will be held for the first time in Himachal Pradesh, will not only promote the empowerment of girls through sports, but also highlight the academy’s deep commitment to academic excellence, cultural heritage and spiritual values. Students from 79 CBSE-affiliated schools across Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Chandigarh and Himachal Pradesh will participate in the tourney.
The academy, which has been providing safe and value-based education to girls for over 40 years, aims to set a new benchmark in the field of sports and education through this initiative. Established in 1986, Akal Academy is known for its academic rigor, spiritual foundation and commitment to preserving Punjabi heritage. The institution offers education under CBSE, IB and Cambridge boards.
