Arki MLA Sanjay Awasthi inaugurated a two-storey parking facility in Arki, constructed at a cost of Rs 60.10 lakh, providing parking space for 40 vehicles. Addressing the public, he reiterated the government’s commitment to driving state development under the leadership of Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu. Awasthi highlighted the achievements of the state government during its two-year tenure, noting that seven out of 10 guarantees have been fulfilled and the remaining schemes will soon be implemented. He emphasised that development is a continuous process and pledged to ensure all-round growth in the Arki assembly constituency without discrimination. The MLA announced Rs 2 crore for providing sewage connectivity to houses lacking the facility and assured that demands raised by residents would be addressed promptly. He also administered the Tuberculosis Mukt Bharat Abhiyan oath on behalf of the Health Department.
