The Chief of the Army Staff, General Upendra Dwivedi, visited the Army Training Command (ARTRAC) in Shimla today. He was briefed on various doctrinal aspects and facets of institutionalised training being incorporated in all training institutes spread across the country.

General Dwivedi took stock of numerous training initiatives involving latest technological advancements underway at ARTRAC to transform the Indian Army into a modern, technology driven, self-sufficient and battle-ready force.

The Army Chief exhorted all ranks of the Army Training Command to continue their quest for excellence. He also interacted with and felicitated the veterans’ community of Himachal.
