In a significant ruling related to a financial dispute between Sunstar, a press manufacturing company based in Kala Amb, and Syska LED Lights Private Limited, the court has issued arrest warrants against the Managing Directors of the latter. The Chief Judicial Magistrate of Nahan has ordered the arrest of Gobind Jeevan and Rajesh Jeevan, both residents of Pune, Maharashtra, after their repeated failure to appear before the court.
The case was filed two years ago by Sunstar Industries, alleging a business dispute involving transactions between the two companies. Despite multiple court summons over the years, the directors of Syska LED Lights Private Limited have not attended any hearings, leading the court to take this decisive action.
