A camp underway at ITI, Reckong Peo, in Kinnaur district on Friday.

On the occasion, Dr Kaviraj from the Regional Hospital, Reckong Peo, and Mala Bhakti from the Women and Child Welfare Department, Kinnaur, shared vital insights on the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao scheme, the Mukhyamantri Sukhashray Yojana, and menstrual hygiene. During the event, the Women and Child Development Department distributed sanitary pads to all girl students.

Officials from the Women and Child Development Department and others were also present at the event.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
