Bindal, in a statement issued here, said that the fact that Centrally-aided projects of Rs 1 lakh crore were under implementation in Himachal was a proof of the liberal assistance by the Modi regime.

He said, “Union Minister Nitin Gadkari had made several announcements on Tuesday but the Himachal Government remains ungrateful.”
