Shimla: The newly-formed Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog (HPRCA) will become functional by conducting its first ever recruitment exam on March 30. The aayog, which has been constituted in place of the dissolved Himachal Staff Selection Commission, will hold the exam for Operation Theatre Assistants (OTA), Post Code -1073, on March 30.
