Some law students from HPU University have urged Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur to change the name of Dalhousie in Chamba to Netaji Subhas Nagar. Besides, they said it was an insult to the freedom fighters. The students said Dalhousie’s cruelty against Indians was well documented.
