Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu visited Dharamsala’s Kacheri Bazaar on Thursday morning, interacting warmly with residents during his routine walk through the area.

At the market, the CM spoke with the daughter of a vegetable vendor and inquired about her family’s business. It was after meeting the same girl last year that he had announced a loan waiver scheme for small shopkeepers in the state budget.

Sukhu also engaged with a young girl waiting for a bus in the rain shelter at Kacheri Chowk, asking about her well-being. He briefly interacted with several other passersby during his walk.

His informal and approachable manner drew appreciation from locals, many of whom welcomed the CM’s effort to connect with people in the city’s busy centre.
