Cong pays tribute to YS Parmar
The Congress leaders paid tribute to Yashwant Singh Parmar, first chief Minister of the state, on his death anniversary at the party headquarters today.
State Congress president Pratibha Singh said Yashwant Singh Parmar’s contribution in the creation and development of the state would always be remembered.
The party leaders said the state had made rapid development due to Parmar’s political and development outlook. They said Parmar’s ideals were paving the way for the development of the state even today and the people would forever remain indebted to him.
Forest Corporation vice-president Kehar Singh Khachi, Himuda vice-president Yashwant Chhajta and Youth Congress chief Chhatar Singh Thakur among others paid tributes to Parmar.
