Chamba, April 26

The District Magistrate (DM) of Chamba Vivek Bhatia today issued an order stating that the containment orders have been lifted in those panchayats of Chamba district which were earlier sealed to contain the threat of Covid-19 spread.

The DM said the order had been issued after the information of Chief Medical Officer (CMO) that no positive Covid case had been traced in these panchayats.

Therefore, it was now ordered that Palyur and Sahoo panchayats of Chamba subdivision, Bhanjraru, Tissa-1, Tissa-2, Gadfari, Khajua, Jungra, Lesvin, Thalli, Khusnagri, Charodi, Kareri, and Kalhel panchayats of Churah subdivision, Bhandal, Kihar, Dand, Kilod, Diur, Kadhwara, Sanooh and Pichla Diur panchayats of Salooni subdivision, Nayog, Jasur, Dugali, Bhataka, Kaswa Samot, Samote Bazaar, Badi, Matoli, Triya, Halreda, Dukhar, Haar, Gharoti, Dentha, Surpara, Shiyada and Tikri villages of subdivision Bhattiyat will no longer remain sealed.— OC
