Shut down liquor vend, demand Chopal residents

Residents of Hamal area in Chopal, Shimla, are upset with the opening of a liquor vend in Tangrada village. Residents have demanded from the administration to shut down the vend within a week, failing which, they would launch a protest and shut down the vend themselves.
