At the inaugural function, the Deputy Commissioner, along with Kamla Devi — a cured TB patient, flagged off the TB eradication awareness van from the DC office complex. The DC said the mission would continue till March 17, 2025, and would be titled ‘Jan Bhagidari’. Apart from the Health Department, Ayurveda, Women and Child Development, Education, Industry, Youth Services and Sports departments would also assist in the mission, he added.
