Dr Sangeeta Negi has been elected president of Himachal Ayurvedic Medical Officers Association, Kinnaur. Elections were conducted through video conferencing under the chairmanship of District AYUSH Officer Dr Indu Sharma.

Apart from Dr Negi, following has been elected as office-bearers: Dr Gagandeep Gautam vice president, Dr Aditya Puri general secretary, Dr Manoj joint secretary, Dr Kapil Sharma press secretary, Dr Shalini Gupta assistant press secretary, Dr Shivani Negi treasurer, Dr Kanika Negi assistant treasurer, Dr Sandeep Verma adviser and Dr Vidyasagar Negi co-adviser.

Seven doctors were nominated to the state unit. They are Dr Sangeeta Negi, Dr Gagandeep Gautam, Dr Aditya Puri, Dr Kapil Sharma, Dr Shivani Negi, Dr Manoj and Dr Aman Yadav.

Dr Sadiq Mohammad, Dr Balbir, Dr Kuldeep were also appointed as executive members. Dr Sangeeta Negi, the new president of HAMOA, Kinnaur, thanked all the members for the smooth completion of the election process.
