Despite repeated directions by the government and strict enforcement of traffic rules by the police, using mobile while driving continues to be a pastime of bus drivers. Even HRTC drivers are no exception. An HRTC driver was seen listening to phone while driving from Shimla to Konihar, which is a busy road. The authorities should take note and act against such people who are putting lives of passengers at stake.

Leakage in Auckland Tunnel

Crossing Auckland Tunnel has become difficult for pedestrians as water is leaking from it. It seems there is a seepage in the tunnel. The authorities concerned are a mute spectator to the issue. Even the owners of shops situated over the tunnel have been complaining of the problem but nothing has been done so far.
