Tribal areas and higher reaches of the state received another spell of snowfall while low and middle hills were lashed by intermittent rain. The local Met office has predicted a dry weather in the state over the next six days.

Kothi and Gondla received 30 cm of snow each, Keylong 12 cm, Manali, Khadrala and Shillaro 10 cm each, Kalpa 7.5 cm, Moorang 6 cm, Dalhousie and Pooh 4 cm each, and Samdo 3 cm.

Berthien was the wettest with 30 mm of rain, followed by Mehre 29 mm, Naina Devi 28 mm, Chamba 26 mm, Palampur 25 mm, Jogindernagar and Guler 24 mm each, Sujanpur Tira, Nagrota Suryain, and Seo Bagh 22 cm each, Jhandutta, Kangra, Nadaun and Dalhousie 20 mm each; Una, Dharamsala and Bharmaur 19 mm each, Bharari and Bhuntar 18 mm each, Mandi 17 mm, Bilaspur, Sangrah, Poanta Sahib, Kandaghat and Bajura 16 mm each, and Kasol, Dehra Gopipur, Dalhousie and Sarkaghat 14 mm each.

The maximum temperatures dropped by 3 to 4 degrees and Una was the hottest at 23°C. Keylong in Lahaul and Spiti was the coldest at night with a minimum temperature of minus 2.9°C, followed by Kalpa at minus 1°C, Dalhousie minus 0.1°C, Manali 0°C, Shimla 3.4°C and Dharamsala 4.6°C.
