The Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) is working to simplify its online services, making them more accessible and transparent for its members. A new online declaration form has been introduced for profile corrections, which can be done by members themselves in most cases.

Members can register complaints and access services through EPFIGMS, CPGRAMS, and DPG Portal. Complaints are resolved quickly, and members are informed via contact numbers. Rakesh Kumar, Officer-in-Charge, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Shimla, said all services were provided free of cost, and members can avail them using their mobile or by contacting the nearest office.

He advised the members to be cautious of cyber cafes charging arbitrary amounts for services that are free. Members can contact the Regional Office in Shimla or district offices for assistance. They can also access online services through the official EPFO website.
