Election training for nodal officers held by DEO office in Reckong Peo
Reckong Peo, February 26
In view of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, training was provided to the nodal and sector officers by the District Election Office in Reckong Peo (Kinnaur) today. During the training, the concerned officers were given information about their responsibilities and duties before and on the day of elections. Information was also provided on identifying sensitive areas and making proper arrangements in these areas.
Apart from this, information about voter helpline, Saksham App (for persons with disabilities), Election Seizure Management System and postal ballot was also provided in the training. Sub-Divisional Officer Dr Shashank Gupta, Tehsildar Nirvachan GS Rana and all sector and nodal officers were present.
