An Army chopper today developed a technical snag, forcing the pilot to conduct an emergency landing at the Mela Ground at Jogindernagarin thedistrict.

Soon after the landing, another Army chopper landed at the Mela Ground, which brought an engineer to sort out the snag. After sometime, both choppers took off for their destinations.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
