These included Conduct Rules, CCS (CCA) Rules, TA Rules, Pension Rules, File and Record Management, Procurement Procedures, GeM Purchases, the RTI Act and key areas such as Annual Confidential Reports (ACR) and Academic Performance Indicators (API). Renowned experts and officers from the Himachal Pradesh Finance and Accounts Services (HPFAS), Himachal Institute of Public Administration (HIPA) and senior academicians from prestigious institutions served as resource persons. Their insightful sessions, enriched with practical examples, official references and real-life case studies, greatly enhanced participants’ understanding of complex service regulations.
