Residents of Jhalera panchayat in the Kutlehar Assembly of the district today submitted a memorandum to DC Raghav Sharma, demanding the removal of the provisions of the Special Area Development Authority (SADA). The provisions have been imposed on the panchayat under the Town and Country Planning Act of the Urban Development Department.
