The meeting was chaired by Shadi Lal Goswami, president of the Fencing Federation of Himachal Pradesh, and focused on expanding access to professional training and competitive exposure for aspiring fencers.

A major decision taken during the session was to organise a fencing training camp at APS-Dagshai, catering to all age categories. The camp will be conducted under the expert supervision of Ruby Khan, a National Institute of Sports (NIS)-certified coach, with the goal of developing skills and identifying potential athletes for future competitions.

The federation also announced a district-level fencing competition to be held at the school in June.
