Five persons were injured in an LPG cylinder explosion in Ward number 9 of Hamirpur town today.

The injured persons were identified as Sanita, Shruti, Rihan, Divyansh and Rishabh. They were immediately taken to the local medical college and hospital and were reported to be out of danger.

SP Bhagat Singh Thakur said that a case had been registered and an investigation started.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
