Garbage, mainly plastic waste, can be spotted dumped in the drain alongside the newly constructed Sky Walk in the Chhota Shimla area. This practice of littering in the open is very disturbing and should be dealt promptly. The authorities concerned should keep an eye on the people who litter in the open and fine them.
