A gas cylinder exploded around 4:30 am on Wednesday in Tikam Ram's house in village Pat, Kashapat Patwar Circle, causing a massive fire. Two individuals, Dinanath (son of Kishori Lal) and Ravi (son of Prakash Chand), sustained severe burn injuries. They were initially taken to Mahatma Gandhi Medical Complex and later referred to Shimla for advanced treatment. The local administration provided immediate financial assistance of Rs 10,000 to the affected family. Eyewitnesses described the explosion as powerful, spreading panic in the village.
