Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini expresses condolences with the family of late senior BJP leader, former minister, MP Kishan Kapoor at his residence in Khanyara in Dharamshala on Friday

Saini arrived at Dharamsala around 11 am on a helicopter and headed straight to Kapoor's residence. After expressing condolences to the bereaved family, Saini left for Chandigarh at 1.15 pm.

In an interaction with mediapersons, the Haryana Chief Minister remembered Kapoor as a leader who had dedicated his life to the welfare of the people of Himachal and Kangra district.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
