Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has lost control over his tongue and is using indecent language out of frustration, said Prem Kaushal, spokesperson for the HPCC here today.

He said that the Chief Minister was frustrated as he had sensed that the BJP was going to lose the Assembly elections. He added that it was the duty of the Opposition to highlight the shortcomings of the government but Thakur had not been able to address the grievances of people.

Kaushal alleged that the state government was trying to save people responsible for the constable recruitment paper leak. He said that Thakur was announcing projects as the Assembly elections were nearing.
