Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla today launched a cleaning campaign on the premises of the Hanuman Temple in Jakhu under the ‘Swachh Teerth Abhiyan’. His wife Janaki Shukla also took part in the cleanliness drive. The Governor urged the people to ensure cleanliness in the temple and other religious places, and to participate in the campaign. Earlier, the Governor paid obeisance at the temple.

Secretary to the Governor Rajesh Sharma, Shimla Deputy Commissioner Aditya Negi, members of the temple committee and some tourists participated in the campaign.
