Himachal Pradesh Police half marathon to be held in Shimla

In order to encourage people to adopt healthy lifestyle and promote a drug-free society, the Himachal Pradesh Police will be organising 11th HP Police Half Marathon on September 29 in Shimla. The marathon will be flagged off by Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla from the historic Ridge. The event will feature a 21.5-km half marathon. People can register themselves online by logging in on

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
