The camps were held at Gram Panchayat Kaloh, Gram Panchayat Kalruhi, and Government Senior Secondary School (Boys) in Una district, as well as at Gram Panchayat Bajaura in Kullu district. Over 200 individuals participated in these awareness events, where they were educated about HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), hepatitis B and C, and drug abuse prevention.

Participants also took a collective oath to contribute towards making Himachal Pradesh HIV/AIDS-free. Informational materials on HIV prevention were distributed during the camps to encourage safer health practices and reduce stigma around the disease. Rajiv Kumar, Project Director of the State AIDS Control Society, said similar camps are being organised across eight districts of the state as part of a wider initiative in collaboration with the State Legal Services Authority.
