The management has further claimed that the award for the 66KV Nadhukar substation was placed without forest clearance and expenditure sanction, leading to unutilised material worth Rs 35 crore. The management has also pointed finger at a former HPSEBL CMD without mentioning his name.
Grover, when contacted, rejected the allegations, calling it false and malicious. “These baseless allegations are levelled to divert the attention from the allegations the employees and pensioners have made against the management. I will shortly respond to these allegations at a proper platform with all facts and figures,” said Grover.
