Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, is set to conduct an open offline round for admissions in the Bachelor of Education (BEd) programme in various colleges of education affiliated to the university on November 4 and 5.

A notification in this regard was issued by the university.

Interested candidates have been advised to fill the online form for the round from October 29 to November 3. All candidates who appeared in the BEd Entrance Test-2024 and are willing to participate in the open offline round have been directed to fill the online counselling form. Such candidates have also been advised to visit the university’s auditorium on November 4. Candidates who had not appeared in the entrance test but have 50 per cent marks (for General/ EWS Categories) or 45 per cent marks (for SC/ST/OBC/ PwD Categories) in their Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree (Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Humanities/ Commerce); or candidates having 55 per cent marks (for General/ EWS Categories) or 50 per cent marks (for SC/ST/OBC/ PwD Categories) in BTech have been directed to participate in the counselling on November 5.
