A Division Bench comprising the Chief Justice GS Sandhawalia and Justice Ranjan Sharma passed this order on a PIL, highlighting the issue regarding the removal of muck and debris from Motla village, Chamba district. While closing the PIL, the court further ordered that the location of dumping sites should be chosen by giving adequate care that the debris should not slide into adjoining areas such like private land, nullahs, water bodies, forest areas and catchment areas.
