As the only IIM to have a dedicated two-year MBA in Tourism Management, the IIM-Sirmaur had formed an Industry Advisory Board as a platform for exchange of ideas between the faculty of the IIM-Sirmaur and industry leaders.

The board comprises leaders of the travel and tourism industry, including founders, senior professionals and experts of companies like Air India, IndiGo, Cordelia, Thomas Cook, EaseMyTrip, Travclan and many more. This meeting, the second of its kind, would include activities like course development, industry readiness and a series of guest lectures.

The event will also include a case competition by Indigo. The competition puts students’ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to test. A mentorship workshop is also planned providing students an opportunity to interact directly with the members of the board.
