The inter-state bus service from Himachal Pradesh would resume after six months, subject to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) issued by the state Transport Department, after ensuring full readiness to comply with the SOPs. The state had started intra-state transport in a phased manner after Lockdown 4 and did away with separate permission, e-permit or registration but inter-state public transport was not started.

The instructions regarding permitting social/ academic, sports, entertainment/ culture/ religious/political gatherings beyond the limit of 100 persons would be issued later and till then, the maximum limit for gathering would continue to be 100. — TNS
