On Thursday, which happened to be Himachal Day, Kangana Ranaut shared a beautiful video on social media. Along with the clip she wrote, “Wishing everyone a very Happy #Himachalday, being born in the valley I was soaked in beauty and peace, I chased butterflies and stared at flowers, sound of rain, clouds of fog, snow, all made my heart expand, constantly seduced the closet artist in me. Bowing down to this heaven.”

Born in Manali, Kangana has often shared glimpses of her life in Himachal Pradesh. The actress also owns a plush home in the hills. Situated at approximately 2,000 metres above

sea level, her home in Manali is spread over 7,600 square feet.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
