The CPS said discussions were held to fortify the grandeur of the International Kullu Dasehra Festival. He said, “Last year, cultural groups from over 15 countries participated in the festival and this time, too, people will get glimpses of different cultures in Kullu. The festival will be grand in every way.”

Thakur, who is also the chairman of International Kullu Dasehra Festival Committee, said, “To maintain and improve its international nature, more cultural groups from other countries will be invited to the festival. Cultural groups from across the country will also perform at the historic Kala Kendra. They will also participate in the parade and the Kullu Carnival.”

Principal Resident Commissioner (Delhi) Sushil Kumar Singla and Kullu Assistant Commissioner Shashi Pal Negi were also present.
