A massive landslide between Chaura and Nugalsari in Kinnaur district left several cars stranded on the national highway late on Thursday, officials said.

The landslide occurred late in the evening on NH-5 some 30 km from Rampur. Cars on both sides have been affected.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
